The very left icon on the right side of your member bar is your notifications menu. Clicking on it will drop it down, it also drops down anytime you get a notification unless for some weird reason your adblock software or browser settings prevent it from doing so. could be that. Clicking on it does show that there's been replies, and when I leveled up I got notifications, but not when I received replies. Thanks!
