To post in this tribe, the snap needs to be mind blowing, something that you will remember and then take that extra time to tell someone else about it. If you don't feel the urge to share it with someone else (verbally or liking to the snap/content/whatever) than it isn't fascinating enough and it belongs in the realm of interesting... furthermore:

No Calls for Public Outcry.
No Politics.
No Gore and Porn.
No Racism and bigotry.
