Ok, so now that /t/fascinating is all setup, what are the rules?

Just wondering what the sharing rules on acceptable content within this tribe are? Are text posts with fascinating quotes/stories allowed? What about videos, or links to other websites or content in general, and what about TIL type of stuff? Would be great if we had some general examples of what to share and what not to share so that whoever joins and wants to participate can do it without stepping on any toes.

Thanks for reading!

Yes I think we need some rules what is fascinating to me may not qualify here!?

Precisely. I would also like to point out that we have a large /t/interesting tribe already, and it seems to host a variety of interesting things which in my opinion is subjective. Having a good set of rules of what can be posted is a good start to having a nicely organized tribe.

I would say: - No Calls for Public Outcry. - No Politics. - No Gore and Porn - No Racism and bigotry

Just to start. Further more, not everything that is interesting it can be considered fascinating as wel..

for example, a picture of Mars can be interesting, but a psicadelic pattern found in the surface of mars can be fascinating..

It is this information that we seek when it comes to rule/etiquette :) Keep going and slap it all in there so we can see it clearly displayed on the side bar.

You should start putting these into the "Tribe Etiquette / rules" area of your tribe management section (only the Chief can see it).

Yes, I'll do... if you want you can every body give me some personal idea to distinguish a fascinating snap from a normal interesting one

I think you said it best. It needs to be mind blowing, something that you will remember and then take that extra time to tell someone else about it. If you don't feel the urge to share it with someone else (verbally or linking to the snap/content/whatever) than it isn't fascinating enough and it belongs in the realm of interesting...

I'll try..the problem is that I'm Italian and my English is not the best one! ;)

Totally agree! And thus a set of rules should work well in distinguishing what exactly the word "fascinating" means for the content being shared.

Hah, thanks for using my suggestion in your rules! I'm flattered :)
I think it's a good start! Remember, this can be updated at anytime as it grows and evolves!

;) How can we make it growing up?

My suggestion is to keep posting fascinating snaps / posts and telling people about it, over time it should grow :)

how would you tell people about it?

I will definitely help out, but the best thing to do is to keep the tribe fresh with new content on a daily basis, otherwise there is no reason for people to go there and check it out. Also, there is a new update coming literally in a matter of days that will give more tools to tribe chiefs, so that's something I am looking forward to.
