San Francisco man shot to death while trying to sell PS4
A man was robbed and fatally shot yesterday following a planned online arrangement to sell a PlayStation 4 console, San Francisco police report. The victim, said to be in his early 20s, is believed to have met the shooter online and agreed to sell him the newly released console. After meeting, the victim was shot multiple times. The suspect took the system and fled the scene, police say. The victim was later taken to San Francisco General Hospital where he died.

Ubisoft has filed a petition with the US Patent and Trademark Office fighting what it says is a fraudulent request to abandon its trademark on the upcoming game Watch Dogs. The issue started this weekend, when the USPTO received and filed a "request for Express Abandonment" on one of six Watch Dogs trademarks assigned to Ubisoft. The request covered "Game software and electronic game programs" as well as related items.
