Is it easier for you to make friends on the intenet or in the physical world?

For me it is easier in real life. I love to actually sit down with a person over a meal or drinks and get to know them. My main fault in making friends on the internet is that with me "what you see is what you get" I am not used to hiding who I am nor do I feel I should have to. I find many people act out a life on the internet only to be someone else in the physical world. I am not saying that is bad but it can get confusing.
