I don't know as I've never tried it. But after all I've read about VR I think it will be more than just a fad like 3D and curved TVs as there is just way too much potential. It will probably be really expensive to get into it which will severely limit the market for the first few successful years.
I'm really disappointed in 3D. It has the potential to be much more than just a fad, but blind profit hungry movie studios tried to exploit every last penny of the technology until the public begs them to stop. I would have compared it to color (by opposition to black and white productions) : it doesn't affect the quality of the content, but it can add a lot to the experience if used wisely and not only for its own sake.
