    I need to reduce weight, about 15 lbs. It's salad city for several months and more hiking. Hope to be there by June.

      DonĀ“t do diets. They just make people bounce back. Set a new menu and stick to it.

        Yes, absolutely, I was 240 pounds 15 years ago and got to 180 in about a year. Cut out as much sugar as possible, cut way back on carbs, lots of protein and lot's of veggies/fruits. Definitely had change my diet. The hardest part for me was understanding there was life after carbs! I got really lazy last year and got up to 200lbs...so now back to focusing.
