What is your New Years resolution?
I want to get into sculpting, knitting, crocheting, needle felting, and just to improve my art in general. I also want to be at least semi-fluent in Japanese by 2017 and maybe start french.

I resolve never to make any more New Years resolutions. The time to make a change is when I recognize it's a problem.
I never bothered to make them either.
I have never made any. I have some interior decorating plans though.
Really, I'm just wanting 2016 to be better than 2015.
2015 was pretty good. I learned a lot. I experienced a lot of new things. I had a few first times to push through. Now, I want to take those new skills and start working on them. I know what to expect in some cases, so I can use that knowledge to make going through those events again a little smoother. When I entered 2015, I wasn't really that much of a person, but now I feel like I'm starting to shape into almost being worthwhile. I just got to continue that upward trend, and maybe something good will come out of it.
About a year ago I fell while hiking and ended up with compression fractures in my spine. Since then I have been slowly gaining weight. I really want to take some weight off next year but I can no longer do intense workouts. So I will have to change my diet more than anything.
