I've been looking for a reddit replacement for several years when their moderation system really bit us in the ass. But I'm sticking around a while longer to work on bringing over some of the better contributors.
Yeah, I tried out hubski a while back but couldn't deal with the UI. Reddit's just not a very friendly place IMO, there's sort of this culture of one-upmanship there that I'm personally not a fan of.
But good luck with bringing over more people! Just not too many :p
Same here. Snapzu has great content and culture, but lacks the user base for certain types of interests like /r/photoshopbattles, /r/earthporn., and particular /r/askreddit questions.
I did come from reddit but I'm still there. I haven't left yet.
True! I'd forgotten that was a possibility apparently. I'll edit the title to reflect that.
I'm actually still at reddit too, I'm just trying to cut back on my usage of it.

I'm also still there, but mainly lurk except on three subs, sometimes four. I don't go there often anymore as I like it here much better.
I like the subs where it's closer to what it's like here. Smaller ones with honest discussion-based content are the only places I visit these days.
