An iPad. I was so closed minded when they were first released. I was like pffft, what good will that be? Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

A large phablet style phone. As soon as I picked one up I quickly realized how much better it is to have a device with a bigger screen.

Nope, started with a Note 2 but then switched to Iphone 6+. Might give Windows phone a try one of these days, but for now I'm enjoy the 6+.

Radio buttons on my steering wheel.

I recently had to give up my car with steering wheel radio buttons. It was so much nicer not having to let go of the wheel to change stations or mute it.

Tablet. That moment of realization when your measly ereader can be an ereader that also plays music and has games and an email checker that can fit in a hoodie pocket had me hooked.

This is kinda weird, but as a person with very long hair... brushing sucks and it hurts, then I tried my cousin's Tangle Teezer. Ordered one off Amazon a couple days later. It is so much faster (for whatever reason, I have no idea why this thing works so well) and it rarely ever hurts and if it does hurt it's not nearly as much as a regular brush or comb. For anyone interested it's only $10 - http://www.amazon.com/Tangle-Teezer-Salon-Eli...8&sr=1-1&keywords=tangle+teezer+black

A kindle paperwhite. I'll probably only go back to reading actual books only if I can't get it on my kindle.

My walking stick. Twenty four years later and it's still going strong. :)

Smartphone. I spend 90% of my day in front of a computer and mostly used my phone to text or call people. Then I saw that I can listen to music or have running trackers. That was the beginning of the nd.

Girls. I was 5. It was a great smoosh, and a revelation.

    Bluetooth in the car!

I went from a 1997 Grand Prix to a 2014 Ford Focus and the change has been amazing. Never realized how handy it is to press a little button on your steering wheel to tell your car to call someone or to turn on Spotify. It is so much easier to drive now!

A power saves for 3ds. I was one of those who hated cheating in games, but 4 event pokemon, 9999 battle points and shiny team later, praise the lord I saw the light.

A V8. I've always been a small car kind of guy. But the rumble, the torque, the comfort... Now I see what it's all about.
