It may have been both, but I was blissfully unaware of Mongolian Gypsies (in fact, I remain unaware of them). According to my mom I knew it was Oscar because of a dream. I don't remember the dream, but I remember taking flying leaps into and out of my bed every day for months in order to avoid being grabbed. High adventure for a five year old!
They can't be worse than the Sephardic Inuits and Russian Zulus that I've chased out of there over the years. Usually telling them Oscar said he'd be back is all it takes.
