It was terrible when I was younger. If I got really upset, I would cry and vomit. If I got tickled, I would laugh, then cry, then vomit. I'm not so sure now, but I always tell my coworkers that they should really try not to tickle me. Should be better than peeing myself in the long run, though.
Yeah, they narrowed it down to bad bronchialspasms. They prescribed me codine based cough syrup (used to cough to the point where I'd vomit, too), and that did the trick. Aside from that, I guess I grew out of them.
