I tend to have my coffee about 20-30 minutes after I wake up. Have been doing this for a long time, and it seems to work well for me.

Of course not, the most effective time to have a cup of joe, Miller says, is between 9:30 am and 11:30 am.
I mostly drink coffee at 8:00 am. I think, I will change my coffee drinking schedule.
