In what order should you do your routine. Brush, floss, mouthwash. Or is it floss, mouthwash, brush. Or one of the other four permutations. I'm a fan of the brush, floss, mouthwash.

10 years ago+5 5 0A question for those of you with larger tribes.
As a tribe grows and you gain users I imagine the amount of content that passes through your tribe very day grows rather large. As it is I can currently monitor all of my tribes posts and comments easily. So those of you with larger tribes do you find that you let the users self moderate or do you set up trusted dedicated moderators? It just seems that at a certain point you have to let the tribe do it's "thing" and grow the way it wants to grow. How do you handle it if the tribe is going in a direction that you might not want? None of my tribes are even close to reaching that size, but as time goes on they are questions that myself or other chiefs may need help with. There are a number of chiefs that have been here for years that have that kind of experience that we can learn from.

10 years ago+10 10 0Great day at work. I found my white whale, a job that I love going to.
Found an unlikely job that I have fallen in love with. I get to work with a wide variety of equipment and people in different areas of the organization. It's been one of those jobs that you don't hate going into on a Monday. I've been in communications training all week which is stuff I know very little about that has just been a blast. I can't be the only one out there that has a job that they enjoy. How about you people?
