Completely agree with you there. I grew up with a dad that couldn't cook. So when I got older it was one of the first things I learned so I could eat all the good food everyone else was having.
Drink plenty of water, simplify your life, minimise the amount of your possessions, get outdoors, go swimming, have some time every week to do something fun and relaxing

Learn to cook. You won't regret it.

Work out right away when you work up, it's healthy and works better than coffee for me. (I usually run 2 miles, takes under 20 minutes)
Just waking up early and having a little time in general before leaving for work is amazing. Makes the day so much easier.
I agree with the waking up earlier, but man do I have a heck of a time exercising first thing in the morning.
Also, a glass of water as soon as you wake up will improve how you feel throughout the day.
Write your worries down onto a piece of paper then burn the paper, it helps you let go out of the worries or so I was told
