On the other hand, that's what you get for flying United. All the US airlines kind of suck, but United in my experience is the worst by far.
This is horrible. Been following for a few hours....it just get's worse.
The email response from the CEO was ridiculous. As a frequently flyer, will make sure to avoid ever flying United in the future.

This is the CEO's take on it. I wonder how Munoz would feel if it were he being volunteered out of his paid for seat.
