It looks more like that chili sauce that tastes similar to sriracha, but is chunky in texture (like in your pic). I'm not sure if it's made by the same company, but they tend to always hang out together on shelves in the Asian foods aisles.
i use it on my asian rice dishes.. mmm black bean beef on rice
