The owner seems to be going about it the right way. He isn't killing the animals just harvesting the horns. If it helps prevent poaching then isn't this a lessor evil if not a win?
I actually have a better idea. Let's collect people's and pets' fingernails, toenails, and hair, grind them, and sell them as rhino horn to the Chinese. We can make a ton of money, and nobody will tell the difference.
We'll have to create a farm for human keratin, first. This could be a tough sell.
Just collect the trash from barber shops and pet grooming shops. I'm sure they'll be happy to have you take it from them.
