We have very effective ways to prevent the spread of STDs without forcing people to not have sex. The problem as usual is Bible thumpers trying to impose ther medieval morality on others.

The only way to stop the sex drive would be to neuter everyone and they can't do that cause then new bible thumpers would not be drug into the churches to be brainwashed so the stupidity can continue, as it has for who knows how long.
