The fact that 99% of people don't experience problems means that satisfaction will remain relatively high and it's highly suspect they don't say how they will judge satisfaction of customers.
The CEO will be in charge of measuring his own success.
Still nobody is being fired, of course.
My guess is that they will give them $50 million if there are no issues with customer satisfaction, and $49,999,000 if there are issues.
That's how it works don't cha know.
