For me,it was going ketogenic and staying there till it became the norm. Now I view carbs & sugar as disgusting. Also,since keto keeps me from being hungry,I don't even snack,so almonds or seeds or blueberries are eaten after a meal cause otherwise,I'd never eat them at all. I only eat once a day.
