Physicists Send Particles Of Light Into The Past, Proving Time Travel Is Possible!
Scientists from the University of Queensland, Australia, have used single particles of light (photons) to simulate quantum particles travelling through time. They showed that one photon can pass through a wormhole and then interact with its older self. Their findings were published in Nature Communications.

Time travel into the future is definitely possible (and easy, you're doing it constantly). Traveling to the past is a different story. For one, you'd have to explain the fact that the observer traveling to the past sees a violation of the second law of thermodynamics. Which means either relativity or the second law (or both) are violated.
Of course, if instead of you, we're talking about a subatomic particle, then sure. They do crazy shit all the time. There's a bit of a gap between them and you though
