I have always hated that American processed cheese and refused to eat it as a kid. Heyyyy,they left out Havarti!!!!! I don't eat bread,but all of those would be great melted on asparagus.
It shouldn't even be called "cheese".
More like “cheese-like substance”.
The big question is.... does it melt???
I second the suggestion of Arzúa-Ulloa cheese. I grew up eating it and it’s the most awesome cheese on Earth. It’s a shame it’s so hard to find (and expensive) in the US.
I've never seen that,not even in the upper scale grocery's cheese section.
I just had dinner....and you just made me hungry!
