I've read about them damaging people's retinas,hence my holdout. Until I can be convinced they are safe, I'm not getting them.
Can you link to the articles you have read about this happening? I'm interested to know more as I have been using these style of bulbs for 2 years now and wouldn't want to damage my eyes. I'll see if I can dig up anything on the subject also.
