Interesting read, I wonder how soon his research can be used in recruitment to weed out the psychopaths and sadists from positions of power.
These psychological traits have been long manifest in our dominant political systems/parties, so to some extent it could obviously be genetic and therefore "in the wiring". In the UK the Conservative Party demonstrate certain of these tendencies consistently. In the USA I believe it is the Republican Party that would more easily be identified as such.
