Taco Bell has always been a good option for vegetarians. I'm glad they aren't doing it in 'meat substitute' way. I'm an omnivore and eat meat and veggies, but I would rather have the veggies be showcased than modified to resemble the meat they are replacing.
Taco bell probably could have gone this route and offered meatless taco meat (and it probably would be delicious) but I'm glad that they are just replacing the meat with black beans and showcasing the black beans.
