    Unless she was personally effected by this outage, and wasn't able to properly conduct business and general communications because of it, I doubt she understands how pissed off people are about this. The fact that it was going on for so long without them giving people a heads up is unforgivable. I will be shocked if Yahoo remains in the email business after 2014.
