What blows my mind about it is the mere act of observing something in a quantum state changes it.

Sometimes when I think I understand a complex idea from quantum physics, then I try and explain it to someone and realise I don't understand it at all. Like seeing without using photons or the quantum computer that can calculate without actually running.
