This is why we need a stronger 10th amendment. A state should have the right to set whatever laws the residents agree on, within reason. And the Fed should not be able to override those laws easily if at all.
hasn't there been recent news about states trying to pass blatantly racist laws? a simple re scheduling of the drug would do wonders.
We should work on enforcing the first and fourth amendments that the NSA is constantly breaking.
