It amazes me that Australia and even Europe are upholding the idea that gene sequences are patentable.
True that. Time will tell how this pans out.
What surprises me more is that America actually thinks in the correct manner when it comes to patenting gene sequences. I am impressed, but Ill wait and see once we actually arrive at a stage when all of this isn't just speculation.
