    A 2012 study published in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine found that people who ate one serving of red meat a day had a 13 percent increased risk of dying during the study.

    Worth it.

    All kidding aside, everything is bad for you when you take it to extremes. You can even kill yourself from drinking water, if you put enough effort into it. Have your bacon, have your steaks, enjoy yourself. Don't over-do it and you will probably be OK.

      I agree with this guy, everything is alright in moderation.. stick with that golden rule and you should be ok.
