I just learned that asparagus doesn't need to be boiled and then fried. So I'm going to give it a go one of these days just frying it up on some butter and salt.
Sounds nice. I hope you enjoy it. I like it just tender and microwave it. Alton Brown has a good recipe on The Food Network,but I refused to add the link cause they are demanding I turn off my ad blocker. Not happening.
I have a bunch I'll be cooking tomorrow. I make a garlicky cheese asparagus with just a squirt of apple cider vinegar. Very nice.
Sounds delicious. Today is grocery day so I'll be picking some up as well!
