    wow. Bias much? 74 percent of voting taxpayers think it's a good idea. While I think it's sort of a silly idea, it's their city.

    Hell, KC has successfully voted for light rail more than once, only to have the the city council sit on it and do nothing about it. Looks like they're kicking off a 'starter line' in May. Finally.
