I was mostly indifferent and unaffected with her as CEO, but I do think that things were headed in the wrong direction. To be honest though what people have to understand is that one person is rarely the dictator of all decisions at a company. And in all likelihood, a move like this only serves to help PR, and to present the illusion of change.
