Even the most adventurous of Epicureans will be able to find something they haven’t tried before. From alpaca to zebra, there’s a whole range of exotic delicacies on offer. Kangaroo, bison, crickets and weaver ants all feature. The outre offerings don’t end with the main course. Desserts feature white chocolate and curry ice cream sprinkled with 24-carat gold, caramel mealworms, and chocolate-covered locusts. Are you brave enough to take a trip?

I like to think that I enjoy trying new and exotic foods, but...my answer to that question above is "probably not."

I too was like that for a while as I would imagine the food in its original form and it would gross me out even though some of the foods I eat as a part of my own heritage is known to make people ask why I would choose to even eat it. I guess the answer to that question is that I actually enjoy the final form factor however gross it may look before it is prepared. I savor the taste and consistency, and the childhood memories that come rushing back with every bite. I think to myself, why limit myself only to my childhood nostalgia with food, why not try some of these new foods and if I enjoy them I can create more nostalgia as I move through time. Anyway, I would wait until I see how these foods look when prepared, and as long as there isn't any health warnings or safety disclaimers to sign, I'm all for giving it a shot!
