I remember when this was under construction. My family owned farm land in the area it was being built. A lot of 2nd and 3rd generation farmers lost their land to imminent domain for nothing in the end. It was a great idea, just poorly executed. The guy running the project was a scientist, and was spending money left and right with no regard to total cost. When all was said and done there were warehouses with unused computers, tool chests, desks, and such. What a waste, and what a let down for the area.
