Many believe it was built to fail on purpose, this was made in a way that wasn't workable with the US people and economy and if it collapses it'll give a presumably democratic legislature or president the ammunition to go after the ultimate goal of a Health Services Universal Single Payer system much like England's. I don't know how true that is, but looking at how this crapshow has gone so far, it's destined for failure.
