Wish that was possible, I can imagine if the success was based on business then it would work. Lotteries advertise the shit out of their winners, its hard for anyone in the country not to know you won the 400* million dollar jackpot, when you're in the papers, news and online.
Some successful people hide (most of) their wealth based on these kinds of views. And it's totally understandable why.
