You noob! You don't clean it like that... just use cloth and warm water, but the natural grease that forms is the best part about cast iron cookware lol
My husband is in charge of our cast iron. He's extremely meticulous on their care and upkeep. I'm not permitted to touch. I think I hear him whispering sweet nothings to them as he lovely runs a cloth ever so gently across their well seasoned surfaces.
