    Best of all would be the health benefits. They say a simple rule when shopping for fruits and vegetables is to choose a variety of bright colors. A similar concept applies to presenting a beautiful plate, as this salads seems to do!

      Yep, sound advice. Food tastes better when it looks good, I've learned that fact the hard way with my own cooking! :D

        I used to do a lot of "one pot cooking," the problem was too many dishes ended up some shade of gray. My pintrest food gallery is anything but!
