You have very distinct criteria for your purported voting habits... oddly some of those have no downvote listed?
I have a much simpler metric: "do I think the content is worth seeing."
If the answer is no, I downvote. If the answer is yes, I upvote. If I am uncertain, I do nothing.

Downvotes
There have been recent questions over downvotes, particularly "lackluster content" "repost" and "self-serving content." What should be downvoted and what should not? Where do we draw the line? Similar question for downvoting comments, what is the community standard?

The very best of all solutions is the meshnet / Darknet plan, or something like it. Decentralize and take back control of our privacy.

Wow...
Must be some good exercise!
A well or other source of water would be a top priority for me. Not sure where you are at but there are many potential options if you are able to purify the water yourself. If there is a river or significant amount of rain you could collect it and run it through a a big berkey.

This is one of the most difficult issues for me to take a stand on. I lean towards opposing net neutrality because the government is so bad at handling utilities, and seems to encourage the formation of monopolies. The best thing for the public is competition amongst a number of ISP's.
