CIA tried to plant fake nuke evidence in Iran for the IAEA to find
Details of a 15-year-old Central Intelligence Agency sting emerging from a court case in the U.S. may prompt United Nations monitors to reassess some evidence related to Iran’s alleged nuclear weapons work, two western diplomats said. International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors in Vienna will probably review intelligence they received about Iran as a result of the revelations, said the two diplomats.

Why the downvote?
If you click on the downvote button it will show the reasons for all downvotes. When you downvote a snap you're asked for a reason. In this case the reason the downvoter gave was 'lacklustre content'. Doesn't seem a fair reason to me!

I think you should not be able to down vote without a reason. "Unknown user randomly downvoting things sometimes" factor happens to me too.

I don't care about the comment so much but when you down vote a reasons box come up you should have to check one of the options.
