    From what I see there, it sounds far more like Subcutaneous fat, than anything else. For those playing along at home- we carry around three distinct types. Brown, White, and Subcutaneous. Each have differing properties. Subcutaneous and Brown are perfectly normal to have on your body. White fat is what that fat ass in the picture is showing off to the world.

    It's normal for the human body to have fat on it. In fact, we need it for a good number of metabolic processes. That's not license to sit on your arse and not keep fit. So, do some walking, cut down on the sweets, and not turn out like that guy in the story pic. You'll be a lot healthier in the long run.

      I wish I had more votes to give. People think they need some fancy diet or extra complicated workout routine. Just move around and eat reasonably and you'll be a lot better off. You'll feel better, too.
