I have mixed feelings with this one. We don't really know if he could have suffered some serious injury that prevented him from working out his lower half.

Agreed, I'd feel bad if I was laughing at some poor guy who's trying his best to recover from a life altering accident.

I've seen a lot of people never work out their legs but somehow their sheer body weight and the fact that they have to move around keeps their legs decently muscled. I would also bet that hes had an injury where he wasn't able to walk for a while and his leg muscles atrophied to a point where walking took weeks or months to get back. Good on him for getting back up and getting himself in shape, his legs will recover soon enough.

Some people have great genes, or play sports that build up their legs. I agree that it looks as though this guy may have had an injury, and rather than let his top half dwindle with his bottom half, he kept training where he could.
