I've said since the start of the debacle that I much better liked the spez era (my reddit account is 9 years old, I was was there when he left 5 years ago). I wonder how much that attitude of his contributed to it.

I know that my own sub would go to hell with no moderation. It doesn't seem far stretched that it would apply to reddit as a whole.
