Medical experts are warning that bread and potatoes can cause non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. This affects double the number of people who have type 2 diabetes.

    I'm not listening to any more experts. Every one of them has a new angle of non-survival for you to worry about. In fact I'm going to make potato bread and then toast it...slathered with lightly salted Kerry Gold butter.
