Not to mention the $30 chargers and earphones. If you get a third party charger, you get the "this accessory may not be supported" message, and then charging stops. How dare you buy something other than the massively overpriced piece of iShit(TM) we offer you?
I made the mistake of upgrading the OS on my phone, and now after a few minutes the touchscreen stops working. Before, it was only Microsoft who made their software worse with every update. Now the only real option is Linux. And you still have to be careful which one you choose.
You can take some comfort in the knowledge that iPhone build quality is so bad that it’d’ve fried out before very long anyway. Nobody, especially Apple, wants you using the same phone for more than three years. I lost a phone I’d paid full retail for, and while I could blame myself for not having freed up more of its 16GB of storage earlier, that motherboard failure would likely’ve happened anyway. That, I’ll chalk up to happenstance. The replacement cost for a new motherboard from Apple, that much I can blame them for. Mine wasn’t even one of those they were making out of butter tub plastic for a while there.
