Greek Yogurt

I mix fat free yogurt (1 cup, 227 g, 140kcal, 24g protein) with chocolate chips (1 tbsp, 70 kcal), or with cinnamon and chopped apples. Occasionally, if I'm feeling frisky, I'll add berries *(40-60kcal for 100g depending on fruit)* on top of the yogurt for a snack. Do you eat yogurt? If so, how do you enjoy it?

    In the morning I've been waking up kind of late, so instead of having a bowl of raw oatmeal mixed with greek yogurt and a glass of juice. I'll just put it all in a cup and blend it! It saves me a few minutes and allows me to drink my entire breakfast. I'd say its completely worth trying. Currently I've been using "Orange, Mango, Peach Juice" along with honey infused greek yogurt and old fashioned oatmeal.

    The ratio I use is about 1 cup of oatmeal, 4 tablespoons of greek yogurt, and about 2.5 cups of juice.
