My Lady and I are seriously contemplating moving to Vancouver Island, see if we can find work around Victoria. So yes, I wouldn't mind moving to a country with a little more sanity.
One question... Can you handle the 500% increase in niceness? :D
I honestly don't know. My head might respond like a balloon that rises too high and explodes without a sufficient level of hostility to keep the pressure balanced.
But I suppose there's always the Internet for that. ;)
I am happy with where I live (America). I do not want to live anywhere else. However, I am not patriotically tied to any country.
If I was asked the question "Would you consider living in another country?" I would say yes.
I would consider it, weigh the pros and cons, and make a decision. Most likely, that decision would be to stay.
Exactly, I work for an international company. If I was offered a promotion overseas there is not question that I'd consider and probably accept. All depends on the money and location through. Same for any position nationally as well.
If I could, most likely I'd live in Australia.
I would not live anywhere else but the U.S. There are many countries that I like and could live in I think. The United Kingdom ,Canada, and Sweden.
I'm actually going to be leaving the US soon because I have been employed overseas. It seemed like one of the few ways I could make a decent income straight out of college, and its also an opportunity to try something new.
