Spagetti sauce(gravy) always tastes better after a few days in the fridge...and making more than just just for one dinner is smart, especially if it's time consuming.
I take left overs to the next level. Sunday is cooking day where I make lots of meals and then put them in individual portions to enjoy. I've been doing this for years.
